What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, budget and timeline, and your message. When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your email address.

We also use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. These tools use cookies and collect technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to scope and quote work. We use newsletter addresses only to send the newsletter. We use analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to our team by email. Analytics are processed by Google. These providers handle data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting engagement, and newsletter addresses until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to be removed from the newsletter, by emailing activetheory1@gmail.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
